Fitness Pilates 

Perfect for Postpartum Mums the Fitness Pilates approach of using functional movements will help with stretching, strengthening and realigning the body. All workouts are tailored for new mummies, so expect to work those stubborn areas affected by pregnancy and labour, and tone those pesky pelvic floor and abdominals! The session is for all fitness levels and is non-impact core based exercise.

About me

Hi, my name is Leanne, mum of 2 boys aged 8 and 5. I am passionate about fitness and have experienced all the struggles mum's go through trying to keep fit and exercise with children. I am a fully qualified level 3 pre and post natal fitness professional and Kids Active Fun Instructor and have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years working for gyms including Virgin Active and Nuffield Health. I noticed when I had my first child that there was a gap in the market for exercise for Mummies but being a first time mum starting a new business was a bit daunting. 4 years down the line and after being made redundant from my Fitness Manager role whilst on maternity leave with my second child, I decided to make the jump and create my own fitness brand specialising in Fitness for pre and post natal mums, babies and toddlers. I understand how difficult it can be to find the time to stay fit whilst caring for your child so why not bring them along too?
